hvJAZZ Summer Camp

August 1-5 in Kingston, NY

Bridge Arts and Education is excited to announce the return of the hvJAZZ Summer program! A week-long summer jazz emersion program for students interested in performing and learning about jazz.

Students will study with some of the region's top jazz educators in ensembles rehearsals, masterclasses and workshops. The week culminates with a student performance.

Song Style Bootcamp

Join vocalist Rhonda Denet as she guides you to find your own vocal style in this 6 week class. With a four student maximum, you will get a personalized experience and will leave with backing tracks and lead sheets developed just for you. Ready for your gig!

Music Lessons

Private instruction is the backbone of a solid music education. Bridge Arts will pair you with the best teacher for obtaining your musical goals. Weekly lessons may be online or face to face depending on both the instructor and the students needs and comfort. Please fill out our inquiry form so that we can make a recommendation and send details regarding studio policies and rates. 


Hudson Valley Youth Jazz Orchestra

Join the region's premiere youth jazz orchestra. Open to students in grades 8-12 or 18 years of age or younger by audition. HVYJO performs collegiate/professional level music and gives students and opportunity to work alongside each other, as well as top-tier guest artists. 


Community Big Band

This ensemble consists of musicians looking to rehearse and perform great big band repertoire including music by Duke Ellington, Count Basie, Thad Jones and more. Musicians age range from 12-77.

Groove Essentials

The second session of Groove Essentials is here! This hands on workshop will have musicians performing the music of Fela Kuti and digging into the groove of Afrobeat.

Sunday, JUNE 5 @ 2 pm

Designed for students ages 12 through adult. All musicians be comfortable on their instruments and have at least 3 years of experience. Open to all instrumentalists.
