Live Component on Zoom

Thank you for registering for Bridge Art's Online Solo Festival. Please schedule a time for your live component on either Friday, May 29 or Saturday, May 30.

When you select a time you will receive a Zoom invitation with meeting ID and password. (You should also receive a reminder email 24 hours prior to your scheduled time.)

On the day of the event please log in 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. You will be in a waiting room until the host admits you in. Please use the student's name in Zoom so that we know who to admit.

Please note that parents/guardians are welcome to be in the room but can not assist the student in any musical way.

All students will sight read. The adjudicator will share the sight reading on the screen. It will be much easier for the student to see on a laptop or desktop if possible. If not a tablet will work much better than a smart phone for this component.

Students will perform either: scales (Strings, Woodwinds, Brass, Piano, Mallet Percussion), rudiments (Snare Drum) or Improvisation (Jazz)

IMPORTANT - Please note when you schedule a time you will receive an email with your Zoom Meeting Invitation. The time in that email is not specific to when you signed up. That is when the meeting for all the students will begin. You should "arrive" at the time you scheduled. We apologize for the unanticipated confusion.
